Meeting Minutes
January 13, 2016
Meeting called to order by President Marc Faustino; at 7:35PM.
Attendance:
Marc Faustino (President), Chris Petrus (Vice President), David Coyle (Treasurer), Lone Svoma (Secretary).
Previous meeting minutes:
The meeting minutes from the previous board meeting were approved by all.
Treasurer�s Report:
Checking: $22,302.97; Reserve Account: $23,376.98
Total unpaid dues from previous years: $780.00. 4 homeowners still owe dues.
New Business 01/13/16
- 166 homeowners have paid their dues for this year. 84 homeowners still owe dues for 2016
- Treasurer Dave Coyle informed the Board that the Certified Public Accountant who has worked for the Ridgeway Gardens Home Association will be closing his practice due to retirement. The Board will look for a replacement.
- Information regarding the Annual Meeting to be held in April, as well as content of the next newsletter, will be discussed at the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10PM.
Next meeting will be held Wednesday 3/07/16 at 7:00PM at Anne's house.
