6:08 Meeting called to order by Tim Casey, pres.
Minutes of the Dec. 14, 2009 meeting were approved as written.
Checking account balance is between $16-17,000. Over half our members have paid their 2010 dues. Dave thinks we may soon have some movement soon on 4301 Brookshire, which has been for sale, and has had unpaid dues for several years.
The checking account reconciliation was reviewed by all. No questions.
- Dave has priced hand dryers for the restrooms at the pool. Mid-range dryers will be ~$350 each. Installation will be ~$200, per the electrician he consulted. This improvement would come out of the ‘Property repairs’ section of the budget. Motion by Gail: to allow Dave to purchase and arrange installation of hand dryers at an estimated cost of less than $1,000. Second by Suzy. Approved unanimously.
- Tim has talked to the concrete man. He will do our pool deck grinding next time he is in town (from Fresno). This will be done before this next pool season.
- Suzy—new door skins. This tabled until hand dryers installed.

Messages from realtors, title officers given to Dave.
City of Santa Rosa sent us a notice that we are using too much water (~40,000gal/mo). Gail called Barbara to check bathrooms for running toilets. She will call Dave when she checks. If no problem obvious, Dave will call plumber for an emergent repair.
