Minutes of Annual Membership Meeting

Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
July 12, 2004

Meeting was held at Martin’s house.

Votes were counted and Riccardo obtained 140 votes and Michel obtained 139 votes.

The following people are now on the board:
Linda Vargas-President
Ricardo Cattaneo-Vice President
Mark-Treasurer
Michel Stamoulis-Secretary
David Coyle- Member at large

We currently have about $8,000 in our Reserve (It is in a saving account). There is $19,000 in a checking account. We discussed transferring about $3,000 from the checking to the savings in order to have a $11,000 in the Reserve Account.

Newsletter will be distributed on a Quaterly basis such as Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. There is a strong possibility that we might just mail the news letter instead of dropping it off at each individual home.

Creeekside clean-up day on about October 4, 2004.

Swimming Diapers.

Pool party after Barbara gets back from vacation from Ohio.

Riccardo and Michel will attend Committee regarding the Bi-laws.

Board will try to meet with other members of another Home Association in the neighborhood.

Duties were passed out and discussed. Martin will temporarily help us out. Riccardo will check daily voice mail and David Coyle will check on the PO Box daily mail.

Possibility of changing doors into bathroom so people can only use them once inside the swimming pool area.
