Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
March 9, 2005

Meeting was held at the Library at Strawberry Elementary School

Neighborhood Watch Program was the hot topic.  There will be a Neighborhood Watch meeting next Wednesday at 7:00 - 8:00 pm.

Suggestion "All adults have the right to enforce the rules of the swimming pool area".

You can swim alone at 14 years old.

The board will contact attorney to see if we have to give "offenders" a key to the swimming pool area.

Issues with gate. We will be contacting Mr. Wyckoff to have some issues resolved with the gate.

Proposition of speed Bumps on Calaveras Drive.

There is reports of the UPS driver in the neighborhood is fast and loud.

It will cost $10 to fill form for the IRS filling.

We currently have $26,500 in checking account.

Insurance for pool fees is almost same as last year or a little bit lower.

38 members past due with their annual dues.  It is roughly $8,000.

There are 20 people who owe more than one year.

1902 Calavaras needs a new number sign for Emergency Purposes.


General Annual meeting is scheduled for May 4th, 2005. We need to recruit some new members on the Board.
