Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association,
and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.

Coggins fixed fence it was roughly $1,300
Gail has a drafted a memo in order to fill vacancy for board member. She
will have Martin Reynolds review it.
A job description for the pool maintenance person was discussed and drafted. It
will be available for applicants to review and see the responsibilities that
comes with the job.
An annual General Membership Meeting will be held on April 26th for the new elections.
The board will try to get a newsletter out by April 9th, in order to get homeowners
time to be able to attend the annual meeting. All meetings are open to
The Ridgeview Homeowners Association will sponsor a Community Garage Sale on
June 10th. The association will probably have an ad in the newspaper in
order to promote the Community Garage Sale.
The board needs to confirm with Martin McReynolds if he is the Board Member At
The Board will inquire an investigation report regarding an attempt burglary
on Leafwood Circle East.

The 20 delinquent owners will receive a pre-lien letter soon.
All insurance has been paid for the next year ($9,533.30), an increase of less
than $10 over last year's premium. We are currently using Northwest Isurance
