Tuesday September 9, 2008 - 6:30 PM Meeting called to order

Attendance:
Board members Michael Martinez, Barbara Thomas, Patty Coyle and John Leach
Also Concerned Neighbors David Coyle and Gail Simons

Treasures Report

$12,170.94 Checking account balance
$21,027.00 Reserve account balance

New Business:

New dead line for turning in ballots for election of new board members and the new revised CC&R documents is on September 30, 2008.

This needs to be finished as it has cost the association approx $6000 to revise these documents, and all the lawyer and volunteer hours put into bringing our documents up to the Davis - Stirling Act standards.

We have 149 ballots turned in so far.

Old Business:

Still problems of people mostly kids climbing the fence at the pool and not wanting to leave when asked to.

We are all responsible for policing and keeping the pool a fun and safe place for all members of our association.

All homeowners of our association are owners of the pool so please let�s work together on this.

Newsletter: to announce our end of summer Bar B Q on Sunday September28th @ 2pm � 5pm Hamburgers hot dogs and drinks will be supplied. It�s a potluck, so bring a dish to share.
