Minutes of General Membership Meeting
April 29, 2013
6:42pm Meeting called to order by Dave Coyle, board president.
Attendance:
Attendance: Board members Dave Coyle, Marc Faustino (vice pres), Chris Petrus
(treas), Anne Martinez (member at large). (Gail Simons (sec�y) did not arrive until
7:40pm). General Members: Martin McReynolds, Penny Chee,Richard Whitestine,John
Armato, Hanora Connolly, Barbara Thomas, Michel Stamoulis, Janis Biggi, Katie
Sanchez, Jan Buchanan, Marina Velichinsky, Jim Tyler, Linda Vargas, and Karalee
Solak.
Homeowner, Michel Stamoulis, felt the board should explore more bids for association
and directors� liability insurance. He submitted a letter from ECHO, offering educational
seminars for HOAs.
Another owner expressed a concern about jet skis parked at length at 4233 Brookshire
Cir. The board agreed to send a letter to the owner of that property.
It was suggested that our newsletters have reminders about our CC&Rs.
Interest was expressed in neighborhood watch programs.
[email protected] is one. This could go in the newsletter.
We need a sign at the pool to say, �Key needed to enter. No trespassing.�
More for newsletter: At pool, no gum, beware of bandaids and trash left on pool deck.
Take care of the pool chairs.
Bid for new solar panels is $9,425. Discussion tabled �til next meeting.
New pool keys given out.
7:50 pm Meeting adjourned.
Members invited to attend board meeting, to follow immediately, outside, on picnic
bench.
