Minutes of Annual Membership Meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
April 25, 2006


7 pm meeting called to order

Seven members, including four board members, were present.

Concerns about two neighborhood nuisances were aired.

The privet in the pool area has overgrown a neighboring fence. The board will address these issues.

Thanks to Linda Vargas for single-handedly clearing the weeds from the Siskiyou-to-park-and-pool path.

Janaize Markland and Vickie Schmull will work on our web site, since we have lost our representative at New Designs.

Janaize suggested a Cribbage Evening at the pool--or a games evening.

John Leach volunteered to run for the board. Linda Vargas volunteered to complete the term of the position vacated by Brad Conneors.

Dave Coyle will develop and print a ballot for the board election, and board members will stuff envelopes and mail it out.

7:30 pm Meeting adjourned.
