Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
April 20, 2005

Meeting was held at the Library at Strawberry Elementary School
Present: Linda Vargas, Michel Stamoulis, David Coyle

9 Pre-Lien letters will be mail out via certified mail.  They will be going out mainly to homeowners that have at least one year of past dues on their yearly fees.

David Coyle brought copies of the pre-lien letters.  He will contact attorney about possible using more of his name or letterhead on the front of the letter.

He will also touch-basis with attorney about who has to pay the up-front expenses if we must put a lien on individual properties.

Linda Vargas has already received phone calls in regarding pool openning.

We have roughly $6,000 in past dues.

We have roughly $18,000 in our checking Account.

The swimming pool will be closed at 9 pm

May 4th, 2005 will be our next meeting and the Annual Big Meeting.  Pool keys will be passed out at that time.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

Linda Vargas will pass out the remaining keys to the rest of homeowners.  David Coyle to provide her a current list of people that are entitled to receive key.

May 1st, pool opens for the 2005 Season.

Next election has to be held before June.

We have a President and Vice-President seats that needs to be filled.

Linda Vargas will contact potential candidates that have previously mentioned they would participate.

Next meeting is scheduled for May 18, 2005.


General Annual meeting is scheduled for May 4th, 2005.  Pool keys will be passed out at that time.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
