April 26, 2018
RGHA Board Meeting was called to order at 6:05pm Attendance:
Marc, Chris, Katie, Anne, Marcia
Treasurer�s Report:
Checking: $16,015.80
Reserve Account: $45,385.17
Katie transferred $10K from Checking to the Reserve Account.
20 homeowners haven't paid their 2018 HOA dues
Katie followed-up with the bank regarding the fraudulent website bill for
$194. Since the check has been cashed, there was nothing the bank could do. The $194 will be written off.
The two Homeowners with the largest outstanding HOA dues have been sent follow-up lien letters by the association's attorney.
Freddie will do a major clean-up of the pool area and grounds on Friday, 4/27; it is estimated to cost $1,000. The pool opens on Saturday, 4/28. Jeff is addressing opening and heating the pool. Barbara (the person who maintains the pool area and restrooms) will be out-of-town for 2 weeks. Marc has volunteered to cover her duties the 1st week she is away; Katie will cover the 2nd week.
Gail is turning over pool key duties to Linda Vargas.
Board Meeting was adjourned at 6:30pm.
Our next board meeting will be held on Monday, June 11th at the pool.
