Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association, and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.

Minutes of April Meeting
April 9, 2012

6:05pm Meeting called to order at Starbuck�s on Yulupa Ave.

Minutes of 3/12/12 board meeting read and approved as corrected.

• Most recent bank statement circulated for review. Bal=$31,816. Chris called regarding the insurance bill. First one was just for board liability ($1,816). Rest of the bill was $4,897. PG&E is still very low ($25 last month).

• NuDesigns Website�will call for volunteers to re-work our website.
• Annual Membership Meeting at Strawberry School. Michel will make application for April 30 or May 1, 7-8:30pm. (we will need proof of liability ins for the school).
• Contracts for inside and outside pool maintenance were mailed by RaeAnn on Mar 14, 2012 to Barbara Thomas and Michael Martinez, requesting them to be signed and returned. Don�t seem to have been returned yet.Gail will call to see if they were received.
• Property on Carissa�Michel will follow.
• Tree Pruning� Motion by Gail to have Strictly Trees do options A &B (see attached estimate) for $400 total. 2nd by Chris. Approved, unan.

Motion by Gail to accept bid by Bowland Vinyard Mgmt. to remove shrubs AND to ask for bid for removal of tree debris. 2nd by Chris. Approved, unan.

Agreed to wait, as advised by Strictly Trees aborist, until July to crown (thin) oak behind Julie Dyche property at west fence of pool area.

Newsletter�need annual meeting date from Michel. Need candidates �appeal for three. (Raeann and Michel and Suzi�s positions) Gail will be unable to give out keys May 9-30, but will arrange to have them avail. before the annual meeting. RaeAnn will call Martin to review suggested contents.

Meeting adjourned 7pm.

Next meeting will be after the general membership meeting on April 30, at Strawberry School.
