Attendance:
Seven Attended including Four Board members
Treasures Report:
8 homeowners still owe dues for 2006 (2 have Liens plus includes lawyers fees)
- $14,160.28 Checking Account Balance
- $19,203.67 Reserve Account Balance
- $ 2,432.00 Over Due invoices

Motion: to pass the Minutes from July 17th Meeting

Neighborhood Complaints:
- Re: House on Calavaras Landlord Contacted and notified tenants.
- Web site update: Tabled Since Janaize was not present at meeting
CC&R Violation Committee: We have had only two homeowners show interested in this.
Pool Issues
- Matt Barnard of Bob Penny Pools has replaced the person from Alliance Pool
- Signs for Gates Stating no admittance without a key.
Fall B-B-Q: September 24 at 2Pm.
Newsletter: next one Due out in September.
Review of proposed new CC&Rs +Bylaws: a special session is set for Sept. 13, 7pm, at Gail's house
8PM Meeting adjourned.
