Attendance:
Five board members Patricia Coyle, John Leach and our new members Melissa Tracy, Michael Martinez, and Barbara Thomas
Also former board members Martin McReynolds and Michel Stamoulis

• $8,207.00 Checking Account Balance
  $20,922.72 Reserve Account Balance
  $1,200.00 Over Due invoices 6 @150.00
  $3,041.00 Out standing invoices 1 @$25.00 Late fees not paid

Motion: to pass the Minutes from Monday June 18, 2007 meeting. Motion Passed unanimously.

Web site update: John and Martin are working to keep the web page updated.

New Business:

• Annual Bar B Q and pot luck Sunday September 16th 4PM at the pool

Old Business:

• Newsletter. Next one due out in early September to announce party
