August 20, 2019
Carl Colgrove visited at 6:15 pm to discuss possibility of adding bocce ball court. Carl will be providing a proposal to Chris.

Reviewed two complaints- boats / trailer on counter. Chris to send letters to both homeowners.BBQ - Anne Leach tabled until response from her4309 Brookshire had old tires on property but has since removed the tiresYolo Ct has been weeded4119 Siskiyou - letter sent, trailer removed
Treasurer report- checking: approximately $21,750
Reserve $45,417PG&E only one bill over $1,000 this summer, which is a significant improvement11 homeowners have not paid (5 have paid since last meeting)
New business
Proposed moving Josh to VP role, Chris to secretary. Melissa potential board member.Vote taken: Marc initiated motion to vote, Katie 2nd, all in favor 4-0
� We discussed the possibility of John Leach updating the website. Details regardingpasswords and other information need to determined before he can take over. Nancy Giovanni web designs is the one is currently responsible for updating. Question: has she been updating website with recent meeting minutes?

� Pool- Flow Meter was running, Jeff to follow up.
� Judy S asked board if pavers were approved. Board determined that this not aviolation of C & R�s.
� It was reported that one home allows several dozen brings acquaintances access tothe pool, reportedly a church congregation without supervision. This would beconsidered a violation. The person logging the complaint was asked to notify theboard if this was observed in the future.
