Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association, and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.

Dec. 14, 2009

Attendees
Tim Casey, Dave Coyle, Gail Simons, and member Martin McReynolds. Janaize and Suzy were contacted, and were unable to attend.

6:15pm Meeting called to order by Tim.

Minutes of the Nov. 9, 2009 meeting approved as corrected. (Correction = place of today’s meeting was agreed to be Starbuck’s)

Treasurer’s report:

About 1/3 of members have already paid dues for 2010. Checking bal. = about $10,000.
Checking acc’t statement/reconciliation was reviewed.

Old Business:

• Tim &emdash; Concrete grinding company (from Fresno) have given an estimate based on Tim’s measurements of $435. Tim will contact them, so job can be done when they are in the area next (before May pool opening). All agreed.
• Dave &emdash; Air dryers, for drying hands in the restrooms, were discussed. Agreed by all to be most appropriate, make less waste and mess. Dave will get bid.
• Suzy is getting bids for repair of door skins for pump room and storage room.

New Business: none

Meeting adjourned 6:40pm.
Next meeting will be Jan. 11, 6pm, at Starbuck’s.
