Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association

February 20th, 2006

Meeting was hedl at Starbucks on Yulupa.

Attendance:
Dave Coyle
Gail Simmons
Michel Stamoulis
Martin McReynolds
Janaize Markland

Janaize did authorize with the approval of The Board for Coogins to come in and fix the fence area and door around the pool.  It seems that the work is not done at this time.  Janize will follow-up with Coogins.

Dennis Mohr is resigning his pool maintenance duties. Dennis recommended someone in the neighborhood that may be interested on taking over.  Janaize will follow up with Dennis recommendation.

We currently have 33 outstanding homeowners that have not paid their annual dues.  We anticipate that three households will not pay that already have a lien on their home.

Gail Simmons has volunteer to pass out the Pool keys for the 2006 Pool year.

We currently have $25,539 in our checking account.

We currently have $17,703 in our Savings account.  This is our Reserve Account.

There is $2,755 that needs to be deposited into our checking account.

Dave Coyle made 14 phone calls to get estimates on the bathroom and he only got two call backs, but he does not have an estimate at this time.

Gail Simmons will approach Ann Leach to run at our next elections coming up in the next few months.

Dave Coyle will have his future wife run on the ballot for the board.

There is a strong possibility that we will have a Easter Egg hunt in April, it will most likely be on Saturday, April 15th.  (IRS Tax Due Date)

Dave Coyle will make copies of the CC&R's to be discussed next meeting.

A possible two tier system was briefly discussed.  Homeowners who want to push that option will have to obtain a significant amount of signatures in order for things to proceed.  A minimum of 100 signatures ( 1 signature per household) would be needed in order to move forward.  We currently have 250 homeowners that are part of the Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association.

All homeowners belonging to the Ridgeview Gardens Homeowners Association will still be liable for certain expenses relating to the up-keeping of the grounds and insurance of the pool along other misc expenses.

If you want to learn more about how the Association spends the money for the up-keeping the grounds and property.  Please do not hesitate to attend our monthly meetings and participate in your community.

Next Meeting is on Monday, March 20th, 2006.
