Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association, and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.

Meeting Minutes
February 7, 2018

Meeting called to order by President Marc Faustino; at 7:05PM

Marc, Chris, Katie, Anne, Marcia

Checking: $30,904.67
Reserve Account: $35,381.24

Accounts Receivable Outstanding: $8,455.00

43 homeowners haven't paid their HOA dues.
Katie will move $10K from Checking to the Reserve Account

We had a website bill that was fraudulent and paid for $194 on 12/11/2017.
Katie will follow-up with the bank.

• 2/7/17: Marc will follow up with Dave about liens.
• 2/7/17: At the next meeting, the Board will review pool rules. (Plan for a longer meeting next time.)
• 2/7/17: Alex has been working on the pool grounds and has signed his contract. Marc will contact Recology to open an account and get new cans.

• The annual homeowners meeting will be held during the third week of April.
• Our next board meeting will be held on March 12th at 6:30pm. We will start at the pool and move to Anne's home.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:40pm.
