February 28, 2007

Attendance:
Five Board members Gail Simons, Janaize Markland, Linda Vargas, Patricia Coyle, John Leach
And former board member Martin McReynolds Also Concerned Neighbor Derek Spiekerman

Treasures Report
5 homeowners still owe dues for 2006 (2 have Liens plus includes lawyers fees) (2 Pre Lien Letters)

• $29,310.28 Checking Account Balance
• $19,297.42 Reserve Account Balance
• $ 7,049.00 Over Due invoices
• 26 (new) homeowners past due

Motion: to pass the Minutes from January 22nd 2007 meeting
Motion Passed unanimously

Web site update: John and Martin will work to keep the web page updated

New Business:

Concerned Neighbor Derek Spiekerman says he feels the new pump house is unsightly (all agreed) and may diminish the value of his home.

Motion: The board made a motion to contact attorney and find out if we can assist with this matter.
Motion Passed unanimously

Old Business:

• Motion: to accept DeVoto's proposal to do the work for $3,890. Unanimously accepted.
• Still working on getting bids to fix sprinklers in the common area out side of the pool.
  

Committee Reports
CC&R revision project. Martin is writing a cover letter for members, and will continue to work with Dave Coyle on this. We will have our first informational meeting for this after the general meeting in May.

Neighborhood Garage Sale on April 14th

Easter Egg Hunt party is in the works

Newsletter: next one due out early March.
