Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
July 20, 2005

Meeting was held at the Library at Strawberry Elementary School
Present: Linda Vargas, Michel Stamoulis, Gail Simons, Dennis Mohr, Brad Connors, Janaize Markland

The Board wants to have more BBQ's during the Summer months.

The Board will look into perhaps renovating the bathrooms.  We plan to get three bids before anything is done.

We have not had inspection at the Pool at this time to make sure everything is within city code during this year.

We will try to get a 2005 Pool Rules Sign.

A possible outdoor shower was discussed to be installed as part of the renovation.

It was discussed to have "wood chips" spread out in hte breeze way area.

Board members will walk the area within the Association to make sure the neighborhood is clean and that everyone is following the CC&R's.  There are some city ordinance that must be enforced in the neighborhood; too many cars on the street that are not being moved.  Motor Homes and Boats included.

The Board has filed a lien against one of the homeowners for not paying the annual dues.  There are two more liens in the works at this time for two additional homeowners.

There are 9 people behind on paying the Ridgeview Homeowners Association the annual dues.

The board is considering purchasing about four picnic tables for the pool area.

On August 27th will have a BBQ that will start 4pm  (Social Gathering for everyone to join).
On September 24th will have a BBQ that will start at 4:00 PM  (Social Gathering).
On October 22nd, will have a BBQ that will start at 12:00 PM (Social Gathering in the afternoon).

The last gathering in October may have somekind of Halloween theme for everyone to enjoy.

The Board will consider to have a "Garage Sale" for everyone to participate.  It may be held at Strawberry School or somewhere within our neighborhood.

Linda Vargas will now start monitoring phone calls into the association.

We currently have $14,764 in our checking account.
We also have $17,641 in a savings account.

Key #39 is NOT ALLOWED in Pool Area.  It is a missing key and someone else may be abusing and using it in order to get to the pool area.

We will have our next meeting on August 17th.
