Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association, and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.

Meeting Minutes
June 12, 2018

Meeting called to order by Vice President Chris Petrus at 7:05pm.

Attendance:

Chris Petrus (Vice President), Lone Svoma (Secretary), Anne Martinez (Member at large), Marcia Heimburger (Member at large)

Minutes from 4/26 Board Meeting were approved

Katie was unable to attend the meeting; there was no Treasurer's Report.

The Konkoffs paid their outstanding homeowners association dues and attorney fees for the lien that was placed on their property.

Freddie completed the major annual clean-up of the pool area.

Regarding the huge sign parked on Leafwood Circle that was brought up at the Annual Homeowners Meeting, Anne will go by and contact the City if appropriate.

New Business:

There have been 3 complaints from 2 homeowners by phone regarding the pop-up camper trailer in front of 1936 Contra Costa Avenue. (Dave Coyle: would you please send the appropriate form letter that addresses RGHA Bylaws/CC&Rs; Section 5.6 Vehicles � Sections (A) & (B) that states this kind of vehicle needs to be in a side or back yard behind a fence and shielded from public view. It should be signed by the RGHA Board of Directors. Please provide a copy to each Board member. Thank you.)

The meeting minutes, outstanding bills, and next scheduled meeting information needs to be posted on-line. Lone will look into existing minutes for months we held Board meeting and will provide "no meeting held" for the rest.

The Association has been paying $70/quarterly to have this information posted on-line. Katie has discussed with Lone that this is an easily-accomplished task. (Katie: Would you please discuss this with us at the next Board meeting.)

Lone has expressed wanting to turn over the Board Secretary responsibilities to someone else. Marcia has agreed to be Board Secretary until March 1, 2019.

Alex (the RGHA Lawn Area Caretaker) needs lawnmower repairs; Marc gave him authorization to proceed.

The pool will be maintained at 76 degrees.

Lone will look into more durable pool chairs. She is authorized to purchase up to 4 chairs.

Our next Board meeting will be held on Monday, July 16th, at 7pm at the pool.

Board meeting was adjourned at 7:50pm.
