June 25, 2019
Attendance: Marc, Katie, Anne, and guests Josh Woods, Jan Barret, Derek Speakerman, Maggie Kostoff
Problem areas were identified by residents at Annual Board Meeting:
• Trailers parked on the street or not behind fences,
• Taking care of weeding, trees, and fences.
**We agreed as board our policy is to address problems when someone raises anissue but we are not going to police the neighborhood.
Swimming lessons at the pool for children was brought up. Last year Katie got a swim instructor from Sonoma State University to teach her children to swim.
As long as the pool remains open to others, this should not be a problem.
**Marc said it’s too much of a liability to pay someone for lessons at the pool –Katie shouldn’t have lessons at the pool.
The BBQ’s when opening and closing the pool were not held last year due to lowa Attendance the year before.
**Anne Leach and her husband have agreed to take over the HOA BBQ and neighborhood garage sale – see more in new business.
It was reiterated that volunteering is a good way to know what going on in RGHA, and that homeowners/renters are always welcome to come to the Board meetngs. The date of next Board Meetng is available on the RGHA phone.
