Attendance:
Five board members Patricia Coyle, John Leach and our new members Melissa Tracy, Michael Martinez, and Barbara Thomas
Also former board members Gail Simmons, David Coyle, Martin McReynolds and Michel Stamoulis

Treasures Report

• $13,481.18 Checking Account Balance
  $19,344.82 Reserve Account Balance
  $ 1,200.00 Over Due invoices 8 @150.00
  $ 3,341.99 Out standing invoices 1 @$25.00

Motion: to pass the Minutes from Monday May 14, 2007 meeting. Motion Passed unanimously.

Web site update: John and Martin are working to keep the web page updated.

New Business:

• Installation of new Officers
• President: Michael Martinez
• Vice President: Barbara Thomas
• Treasure: Patricia Coyle
• Secretary: John Leach
• Member at large: Melissa Tracy

Old Business:

• Motion: to put off Sprinkler Repairs till November or December by Patricia Coyle seconded by Melissa Tracy
• Board of directors agreed to pay solar portion of bill of approximately $600 + or – to Matt Bernard of (Bob Penny’s pools)
• Newsletter: Next one due out in early July to announce new board members
