Minutes of May Meeting
May 8, 2013
Meeting called to order by Dave Coyle, president, at 6pm, poolside, for the purpose of
stuffing ballot envelopes and addressing issues brought up by members at the recent
Annual Meeting.
Attendance:
Attendance: Dave Coyle, Marc Faustino, Anne Martinez, and Gail Simons
Ballot envelopes not available, so postponed.
Agreed that we need:
- a letter to owners of 4320 Brookshire re 2 tall, dead pine trees.
- a letter to owners of 4328 Brookshire re front yard full of clutter, including a
refrigerator.
- a letter to owners of 4340 Brookshire re a boat trailer blocking part of the front
sidewalk
- a letter to owners of 4233 Brookshire re a trailer with water skis parked at length at
front sidewalk.
Gail will compose these and email them to the board for approval, before sending.
Marc will research the concerns of neighbors of 4409 Brookshire, (see enclosed email
letter) and report back to the board before further action.
Next meeting for stuffing envelopes with ballots and newlsetters will be Wednesday,
May 15, at 7pm at Anne Martinez� house.
Meeting adjourned at 6:50pm.
