Old Business

Halloween Party Re-cap

• Martin brought pictures. Very nice.
• Everyone agrees the party was a big success.
• Talks started about an Easter Egg Hunt.

Pool Issues

• Fence vandalized on creek side near hedge. Janaize will call Coggins for repairs.
• Estimates are still in the works for bathroom repairs.
• Rough guess is between $2,000 and $6,000
• Dave will take on this issue
• Gate issue was revisited, Janaize will look into bids for repairs to get the gates to close properly

CC&R Violation Letter
Board will re-visit violations to determine which ones still exist.

New Business

Voicemail

• Dave tries to check daily, especially since there are several houses for sale.
• Dave will handle money issues, neighborhood complaints will be sent to Brad.

Re-visit Dennis' raise
Board voted unanimously to raise Dennis $300/month

Meeting location

• Board will meet at pool during pool season.
• Brad will call Wayne Yamagishi at Strawberry School re: Library for off-season

Budget

• Treasurer's Report: $5300 checking/$17,670 savings
• Dave presented budget; Budget approved unanimously
• Homeowners' dues will remain at $125.00/year

Newsletter

• Board members will have newsletter contributions completed by Sunday 11/20/05
