Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association, and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.

Nov. 9, 2009

Attendees
Tim Casey, Dave Coyle, Gail Simons, and member Janaize Markland

The group met at 6pm to stuff envelopes with the most recent newsletter, the proposed 2010 budget, and the legally-required year-end documents.
A very brief meeting was held.

Minutes from Oct. 19 meeting read and approved.

Treasurer’s report:

We have $53 in our checking acc’t. Report otherwise same as last month.

Old Business:

•Tim is awaiting a bid on smoothing out the pool deck surface. He noted that a local rental company will rent the tools for doing the job ourselves. No action at this time.

Meeting adjourned 7:25pm. Envelopes ready for mailing. Dave will take them to the post office.
Next meeting will be Dec. 14, 2009 at Starbuck’s on Yulupa.
