Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association,
and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.
Minutes of RGHA Board Meeting Nov 8, 2010
Meeting called to order by president, Michel Stamoulis, at 6pm at Starbuck�s on Yulupa Ave.
Attendance:
Tim Casey, treas; Suzy Felgen, member at large; Gail Simons, secy; Martin McReynolds, member & newsletter producer.
Minutes of Oct. 18, 2010 meeting approved as written. (motion by Tim, 2nd by Gail). Treasurer�s Report: ~$4,431 in checking acc�t. Reserve fund ~$27,000. Ckg. reconciliation passed around for perusal. Annual invoices are due out this month +request for member emails for newsletters, etc. Tim and Dave (prev. treas.) are working on getting invoices out.
Old Business:
- Michel called So. So. Health Services today to follow up on repairs needed at pool. Awaiting ans.
- Coggins, fence repair. Rae Ann not present to give report.
- Tim will check on Bob Penny Pools bills over the last couple of years, to look for consistency.
New Business:
Meeting adjourned at 6:35pm. Next meeting will be Dec. 13, 6pm, at Starbuck�s.
