Attendance:
Four Board members: Gail Simons, Janaize Markland, Patricia Coyle, John Leach
Martin McReynolds and Michel Stamoulis

Treasures Report:
5 homeowners still owe dues for 2006 (2 have Liens plus includes lawyers fees) (2 Pre Lien Letters)

• $ 8,756.98 Checking Account Balance
• $19,248.56 Reserve Account Balance
• $ 2,297.00 Over Due invoices

Web site update: Janaize is waiting on call back from Apple Creek Designs for details how to update our site.

CC&R Violation Committee: no new complaints.

Old Business:

Pool Issues

• Pool area clean up Gail waiting to hear back from Brian Peddinghaus to go over what needs to be done and have Dave come and do a walk through.
• End of Season Bar B Que was a success good turn out.

New Busines:

Pool Closing October 3.

Newsletter: next one Due out in November.
