Tuesday October 7, 2008 - 6:30 PM Meeting called to order

Attendance:
Board members: Michael Martinez, Barbara Thomas, Patty Coyle and John Leach
Also Concerned Neighbors: David Coyle, Michel Stamoulis and Martin McReynolds
And our voter ballot inspectors: Carol Cessna, Sandy Davis and Tim Casey

Treasures Report

Checking Account: $ 6,923.25
Reserve Account: $23,312.06
Overdue Invoices: $ 2,626.00

New Business:

The new CC&R’s have passed 177 ballots

• Bylaws: 158 yes 11no
• CC&R’s: 158 yes 16 no
• Articles: 163 yes 11 no

Our Election results for new board members

• David Coyle: 117 votes
• Janaize Markland: 116 votes
• Michel Stamoulis: 77 votes

Old Business:

We now have two new Board members to step into the positions formerly held by Patty Coyle and John Leach

Motion: to accept the results as reported by the Elections Inspectors and declare the documents approved and the new directors elected.

Motion: Passed unanimously

Pool will be closing on October 31st

Newsletter: to announce the Results was sent out on October 20th Via U.S. Mail.
