Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
September 21, 2005

Meeting was held at the Pool
Present: Dave Coyle, Michel Stamoulis, Martin McReynolds, Gail Simmons, Brad Connors

Gail read minutes from last meeting in August.

Three  people owe money for previous yearly dues.  Two of the homeowners  have a lien against  their home and we are working on the third.

$1,800 outstanding balance.  ( Including $300 fees per Lien).

The Association currently has $10,850 in our Checking Account.  There is also $17,641 in a Savings Account.

Dave will work on a budget for 2006 by next meeting in October.

Bathrooms:  We may need to calculate renovation costs into the next budget.

Leafwood Circle Garage Sale this week.

The Ridgeview Gardens Garage Sale it is currently postponed until Spring 2006.

Dennis Mohr submitted a reimbursement for a yard chipper purchased on November 2004.  The purchase was made almost a year ago !!!!
The purchase is for $537.49.  The purchase was denied by the Board since it was not previously authorized.

Michel and Brad will go for a Costco run on Friday for the Back to School Event at the Pool.

On Saturday, October 29th we will have our "Halloween Party" in the Pool Area.  

We plan to have a Costume Contest, a Jumpy, Prizes and maybe Dunking for Apples.  We may also have some eggs, balloons, etc.

Next meeting October 24th, 2005 at 7pm.
