Attendance:
Four Board members: Gail Simons, Linda Vargas, Patricia Coyle, John Leach
And Martin McReynolds

Treasures Report:
7 homeowners still owe dues for 2006 (2 have Liens plus includes lawyers fees)

• $11,140.25 Checking Account Balance
• $19,203.67 Reserve Account Balance
• $ 2,447.00 Over Due invoices

Web site update: Tabled Since Janaize was not present at meeting

CC&R Violation Committee: tables since. Michel Stamoulis was not present at meeting to give us update.

Pool Issues

• Signs for Gates stating no admittance without a key. "Was made by David Coyle." To be posted inside gate at Pool.

Old Business:

Lawn Care to be continued by Dave S. thru this winter

General Maintance Clean up of common Area and Pool area to be done by BRIAN PEDDINGHAUS of PROMPT & REASONABLE HAULING

CC&R Committee: met at Janize’s house on Wednesday September,13 to go thru and review the porposed new CC&R’s

Fall B-B-Q: Sunday October 1st at 2Pm.

Newsletter: next one Due out in November.
