Annual Members Meeting May 9
All RGHA members are invited to the annual meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, May 9, at the Strawberry School — 2311 Horseshoe Dr.
It will be a great chance to meet your neighbors and board members, to express your concerns about how things are going in the neighborhood and to get acquainted with potential new board members.
Speaking of board members it's election time again and nominations will be taken at the May 9 meeting to fill three seats on the five member board. Remaining on the board are President Michel Stamoulis and At-Large Member RaeAnn Thurlow. Vice-President Suzy Felgen, Secretary Gail Simons and Treasurer Tim Casey have completed two-year terms.
If you're interested in being on the board or know someone who is — please step forward. The board meets once a month and the meetings are friendly and informal. But someone has to deal with pool maintenance, dues and other issues to keep the association going.

Box 2766, Santa Rosa, CA 95405. Voting, under state law governing homeowners associations, will be by secret mail-in ballot.
Pool Opens May 1
Sunday, May 1, is the first day or our swimming pool season. You'll need a new key to get into the pool area. Contact Gail Simons at 526-3526 or come to the annual membership meeting at Strawberry School on May 9. Bring your old key to get a new one for free. If you don't have the old key, there is a $5 charge. Pool rules for 2011 are included with this newsletter.
Water Aerobics
Something new B Paula Frieders will lead one-hour water aerobics classes at the pool from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday mornings starting May 4, for $10 per person. Please phone her at 494-5980 to sign up. A minimum of five people is needed to hold the classes (no class if it rains).
Eliminating Paper
We're in the process of obtaining e-mail addresses to send the newsletter via e-mail in order to save money on postage and reduce waste paper. The idea is to cut expenses and avoid having to raise dues in the future. Please write, phone or e-mail your address to help get the process moving, thanks.
