6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Strawberry School – A Chance to Hear About Change

New Governing Documents will be presented to all 250 homeowners in Ridgeview Gardens neighborhood for approval later this year. For a chance to learn what’s in them and why we need them, attend an explanatory meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, in Classroom No. 6 at Strawberry School, 2311 Horseshoe Drive.

Members of the Board of Directors will explain the changes and answer questions.

The new documents are necessary to update the original rules and regulations adopted more than 34 years ago, which no longer comply with state law. The basics are the same – to have a harmonious neighborhood we’re proud to live in.

Sweeping the Streets

The city’s street sweeper comes around the RGHA neighborhood the fourth Thursday of the month – next one Jan. 24. Please park your cars off the street the night before.
