Yearly Ritual With a New Twist
It’s that time of year again. Accompanying this issue of the newsletter is the invoice for annual dues of $125, the same as last year, and an envelope to mail a check made out to RGHA.
In addition there are a number of things required by state law.
- A pro forma budget for the coming fiscal year starting Jan. 1.
- A summary of the Association’s insurance policies covering the common area and the RGHA officers.
- Ridgeview Gardens collections policy.
- Dispute resolution policy.
THIS IS NEW – Voting procedures required by legislation passed in 2006.
Whooping it Up
Young and old had a great time at the neighborhood party at the swimming pool in September. The pool is now closed until next season starting May 1.
We look forward to more chances to get together in the coming year.
