Board meetings are open to all members of the Ridgeview Gardens Home Association, and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend.

April 17, 2006

Attendance:

Gail Simmons

Dave needs to add a name and send out Pool Permits.

Pool position will be dropped off tonight at Janaize's home for her to present it to the parties interested in applying for the position.  The board would like to have the position filled by the beginning of May.

19 Owners have not paid their dues ( 3 homes have a lien).

We currently have $19,713.00 in the checking account.
There is $17,736.00 in a reserve account.

Newsletters were passed out this past weekend and were hand delivered by Board Members.

The General Meeting is on Tuesday, April 25th at 7 pm.  This is an opportunity for homeowners to make nominations for the openning position on the board.

We are re-keying the bathroom and gate. Gail Simmons will hand out keys to those homeowners that are current.

The Board is following up with a complaint recently made about a home on Calaveras Street.

In a future meeting, the board will reivew board job description for its members.
