Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
August 2004

Meeting was held at Linda Vargas’ home..

Martin went over all past dues. He brought all reconciled accounts and handed them over to the Board.

We discussed about limited percentage that can only be increased on a yearly basis.

David Coyle will do the “Reserve Study”. We needed to analyze next years’ budget.

Mark and Riccardo was not able to make it to the meeting.

We took field trip to the pool to see the possible addition of the gate previously discussed in July’s meeting.

Checking account roughly $17,317.63

David Coyle will now take over as the Treasurer.

Mary Bodily: She owes three to four years of past due on yearly membership fees. She is handicapped. We might get her to sign a document to states that she will be current and paid all dues when she sells her home or passes away. Linda will approach Mary.

We discussed of possible Annual Pool Dues to be extended due date and not have it at the beginning of the year.
