Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
February 16, 2005

Meeting was held at the Library at Strawberry Elementary School
Present: Linda Vargas, Michel Stamoulis, David Coyle, Denise Brandon, John and Ann Leach, Derek & Lori Spiekerman, Mary Bodily & guest, Martin McReynolds

The community is concerned with the 21 "Sex Offenders" in our Bennett Valley Community Area.

We encouraged to visit the "Megan's Law" website.

Attendees want to have a "Neighborhood Watch" program and a representative from the Santa Rosa City come out and give us better details on how to implement the program. Some neighbors have had rocks thrown unto their windshield. There is a teenager who has been driving across the lawn from Summerfield Rd unto Brookshire Circle. Those are some of the several reasons in which we need a "Neighborhood Watch" program.

Mary Bodily to contact Santa Rosa City Services to get someone to guide us. She will also clear her dues once she is done refinancing her home in the next few weeks.

Next meeting is scheduled for March 16th, 2005.

We are concerned with the new "Gate" in the swimming pool area to obey all laws including "Handicapped" Access into swimming pool area.

Linda Vargas will contact Andy Wyckoff to come out to the pool regarding pending issues.

Denise Brandon, stated that "Sex Offenders cannot be more than a quarter of a mile from the school area".

Two of the attendees work for the "Social Services" and are concerned with the situation with "Sex Offenders" in our neighborhood.

General Annual meeting is scheduled for May 4th, 2005. We need to recruit some new members on the Board.

Linda Vargas two year term will be expiring this May.
