Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
January 12, 2005

Meeting was held at David Coyle's house
Present: Linda Vargas, David Coyle, Michel Stamoulis, Martin McReynolds

There was no meeting during the month of December.

We are writing a generic letter regarding CCR'S. We will include any violations, such as Garden Maintenance, Motor Homes outside property, etc.

A letter would be written by the Board.

Gate does not close properly per e-mail from Barbara. She feels that The Gate will not pass county inspection at this time. Linda Vargas and/or David Coyle will contact Andy Wyckoff to come out and fix gate problem.

Dues from Pool are due on January 15th, 2005. The dues for this year is $125 .

Pool Liability Insurance, David Coyle called around for comparison and found that we currently have the lowest rate. One of the companies wanted to charge us an additional $13K for yearly fees.

We will now have our monthly Board Meetings on the 2nd Wed of each month.

We currently have $1,600.00 in our Checking Account.

Ricardo was a No-Show once again.

$1,040 legal fees for 2004 (By-laws Revision).
