Minutes of Annual Membership Meeting

Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
October 18, 2004

Meeting was held at the Library in Strawberry School. All meetings will be at that location in order to make it a “NEUTRAL” grounds. Everyone in the Association is welcome to attend.
Present: Linda Vargas, David Coyle, Michel Stamoulis

Flyer for Pool clean-up day will be generated and distributed. Date is Saturday, November 6th.

Event Creek clean-up Phase II is scheduled for November 13th.

David Coyle did an estimated budget for Calendar year 2005. The member of The Board in attendance decided that for 2005 our annual dues will be $125.

The dues for the Homeowners’ Association will be due on February 1st, 2005. All notices will be mailed out around December 1st, 2004. We have taken several consideration in order to reduce the amount of the annual dues and at the same time be able to keep the necessary money for the RESERVE ACCOUNT and future expenses within that calendar year. The major concerned within the Budget for 2005 would be perhaps “Legal Fees”.

The Board is aware that there is a sub-committee working on a revision of the Bi-laws.

The Board has contacted several members via mail and phone calls in regarding pass due annual fees for the Ridgeview Homeowners Association. We hope to be able to obtain most of those funds before next board meeting.

The Board is still reviewing the expense of a possible new gate in the Pool Area. We are trying to compare estimates between several companies.
