Minutes of board meeting of Ridgeview Gardens Homes Association
September 30, 2004

Meeting was held at the Library in Strawberry School.
Present: Linda Vargas, David Coyle, Michel Stamoulis

Meetings will be held the 2nd Monday of each month.

This weekend we have the Pool clean up and Creekside clean-up.

It was reported to the board that Michael Berkes is threatening lawsuit since he doesn’t swim. He does not want to pay dues.

The Board is considering taking off “Access” of the CC&R’s from the Homeowner’s Association website in order to better control home sales and see who still owes dues before the sale of the homes are concluded.

On November 6th there will be a “Pool Clean Up” event. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

We currently have $8,300 in the Reserve Account. We also currently have an estimated ($16,000 tp $18,000 ) in a checking account.

A recommended amount of $15,000 should be in the Reserve Account.

Oleg previously on Carissa Street needs to be reimbursed for double paying 2004 dues. Husband and wife each sent a payment.
